Information collected
When you submit a fit-call request, this website collects the information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, firm name, state, optional phone number, firm size, primary concern, and message. It also records the page, referring page, campaign parameters, submission time, and a one-way hash used for spam and rate-limit protection.
How information is used
The information is used to review and respond to your request, assess service fit, protect the website, understand which marketing sources produce inquiries, and maintain a record of communications. Do not submit client names, account numbers, banking credentials, or confidential case information.
Analytics and cookies
The site may use Google Analytics and related Google Site Kit services to measure page use and lead events. Those services may set cookies or receive device and usage information under Google’s terms and privacy practices. Browser settings and available consent controls can be used to limit cookies.
Storage and sharing
Fit-call requests are stored in the site’s WordPress database and sent by email to the site administrator. Information may be processed by hosting, security, analytics, and email providers used to operate the site. It is not sold. It may be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect the site and its users.
Retention and requests
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, or dispute prevention. To ask about a request you submitted, use the contact form and identify the email address used in the original request.
No professional relationship
Submitting a form does not create a bookkeeping, legal, accounting, tax, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.
